The SASK is an experiment and actualization of a group consciousness of devotees working for a common cause inspired by the Divine Mother. Its organic growth led to the following activities:
1. Monday Prayers: A group meditation in evening on every Monday [6-30 to 7-15]. It commences with readings from the writings/talks by Sri Aurobindo and/or the Mother followed by devotional songs and meditation.
2. Tuesday to Friday Meditations: Meditation is facilitated from Tuesday to Friday in the evenings at 7.00 to 7.30.
3. Saturday – Reading & Talk on Savitri: Reading and talk on Savitri are conducted on Saturday evening at 6.00 to 7.00 by Sushri Ashaben Valia.
4. Sunday – Reading of Letters on Yoga: Reading and talk on Leeeter on Yoga are conducted on Sunday evening at 6.00 to 7.00 by shri Makarand Brahma.
5. Second & Fourth Friday – Reading and Open discussion on ‘Thoughts & Aphorism’: Reading of one or two thoughts from Thoughts & Aphorism of Sri Aurobindo and discussion on the same thought are conducted in evening at 6.00 to 7.00 by group of People.
6. Darshan Days: Meditation on every darshan day at 8.30 to 9-00 a.m. In the evening reading from the Mother and Sri Aurobindo’s writings, devotional songs and meditation [6-30 to 7-15]. Darshan day message is also distributed on the day."Darshan" [ means "seeing"] refers to a tradition of seeing Sri Aurobindo and the Mother at Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Puducherry, Southern India and to receive their blessings. After Sri Aurobindo retired from daily contact with his disciples, he saw them only a few times a year on what came to be known as the Darshan days at Ashram. That tradition still continues at the Ashram. Now these Darshan Days are:

7. Foundation Day: Second September being the day for setting up of the Center [SASK], it is celebrated by singing of devotional songs followed by dinner.
8. Study Circle-Sunday: A group study of writings of Sri Aurobindo is being undertaken on every Sunday evening[usually at 6-00 to 7-00 pm but in winter 5-30 to 6-30 pm] Works like Synthesis of Yoga, Essays on Gita and Letters on Yoga etc. were taken up.
9. Lectures/Talks: Lectures/talks of senior sadhaks coming from Ashram and other studious sadhaks on the issues related to sadhana in daily life are organized from time to time.
10. Publications: Sri Auro-Ma Trust[SAT] undertakes publication of booklets on various aspects of sadhana and integral yoga. Please see Publication section for details.
11. Visits/Tours: In an informal way group visits of Ashram and occasional visits of other places are arranged/facilitated.
12. Seminars: Seminars/camps on subjects related to sadhana in daily life are conducted generally quarterly and around the Days.
