SRI AURO-MA TRUST


Sri Auro-Ma Trust[SAT] is a Public Trust[Registration No.  1003 of 1996] registered at Ahmedabad under Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 on July 3, 1996. SAT is solely devoted to the work and ideals of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother.
The donations to the Trust are exempted under Income Tax Act,1961 under clause [5] of section 80G [vide letter dated 24-11-2006 bearing No.DIT [E]/80 G [5] 171/06-07].
Trust is also registered under Foreign Contribution[Regulation] Act,1976 for receiving donations from abroad.
Under the aegis of SAT “Sri Aurobindo Sadhana Kendra[SASK]” is actively working since over a decade and half in Ahmedabad. The aim and objectives of SAT in nutshell are as under:
     *To undertake research in integral yogic philosophy of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother.
     *To provide facilities for integral education & gaining revival and resurgence of Indian culture.
     *To serve as forum for spreading and practical implementation of Sri Aurobindo and Mother’s 
        teaching in day to day life.
     *To undertake educational and research activities for all stages of life including physical, vital, mental,  
       and spiritual development and well-being promoting the ideal of Divine Life.
